You can use Plat'Home MicroServers to manage network problems and errors such as packet loss, delay, fluctuation, duplication and order switching. It provides a cost-effective solution, both to monitor a whole local network or to ensure line quality for a critical server or terminal where it is necessary to maintain an appropriate line speed.

Industrial automation

Authentication Server
Authentication servers are required to maintain constant operation. OpenMicroServer™ has no drive parts and a low malfunction rate, and is therefore perfectly suited to applications that require the server to be kept running constantly. It can also be used as a server for a public key infrastructure, to stores private CAs and PGP keys.

Time Server
MicroServer made it possible to build a cost-effective time distribution server by connecting a wave radio or GPS-type time retrieval device and using ntpd to accurately sync the time even on a closed network. Wireless LAN access point
With an added PCMCIA wireless LAN card (OpenBlockS) or USB wireless LAN adapter (OpenMicroServer), you can use the MicroServer as an access point for a wireless network. With its compact size and robustness, he can be placed where a normal server can't, and contrary to a dedicated device he can be freely configured and additional functions such as a firewall can be installed.
